1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User" or "you") and Dhan Moti ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Vedic Chart mobile application (the "App"). By accessing the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the App and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
Vedic Chart provides tools for generating astrological horoscope charts and Astro AI (the "Service").
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- Plus Subscription: Access to certain premium features ("Plus version") requires an annual subscription.
- Billing: Subscriptions are processed via the Apple App Store (iTunes). You will be billed in advance on a recurring yearly basis.
- Free Trial: We offer a seven (7) day free trial. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Management: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
4. User Representations and Intellectual Property
- License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the App on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you.
- Content Ownership: All charts generated by the App are provided for your personal use. You are solely responsible for any charts you share or distribute.
- Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APP AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE APP'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THIS APP. ASTROLOGICAL READINGS ARE SUBJECTIVE AND SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE (FINANCIAL, MEDICAL, OR LEGAL).
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after the date such revised Terms are posted will be deemed as acceptance of the changes.
